The Purchasing Department is responsible for all activities related to the procurement of raw materials, equipment, goods, and services. It ensures that necessary supplies for operations are ordered and maintained in inventory. This department aims to: identify and select suppliers, optimize costs, improve process efficiency, ensure quality, manage risks, drive innovation, and pursue continuous improvement. Additionally, it is responsible for minimizing the cost of ordered products, controlling inventory levels, and establishing strong relationships with suppliers. **We offer:** * Monthly stipend of $8,950\. * Accident insurance. * CAINTRA agreement. **Requirements:** * Availability from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. * Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficiency in Excel. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Development of standardized quotation templates for specific equipment * Creation of catalogs in the Coupa system for equipment/material procurement * Consolidation of SAP reports for MRP purchasing * Placement of MRP purchase orders * Updating order dates * Participation in the preparation of reports and data analysis * Contribution to the optimization of internal departmental processes * Support to buyers. **Equal Employment Opportunity Statement.** Yazaki is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all individuals without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, differing abilities, or any other characteristic protected by law.
