




*We are* **MACOR DE MÉXICO**, a company dedicated to the manufacturing of metal components with the highest reputation and over 45 years in the market. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Ensure management to contribute to improving workers' health in the workplace, through actions in prevention and health promotion, collaborating in accident prevention, as well as detection of risks in work positions and occupational pathology. **KEY FUNCTIONS** 1.\- Monitor compliance with company-established policies and regulations regarding occupational health 2.\- Carry out control and management of pre-employment and periodic medical examinations 3.\- Conduct periodic medical monitoring of employees who are occupationally exposed to situations posing health risks 4.\- Collaborate with the Industrial Safety department in training leaders to participate in emergency response teams for incidents occurring within the company 5.\- Collaborate and support the Safety department in conducting first aid drills to evaluate the company personnel's response during emergencies 6.\- Manage and oversee the contracted ambulance service for the company 7.\- Design and implement preventive health procedures, campaigns, health programs, and employee training during influenza and COVID seasons 8.\- Provide general medical consultations, on-site emergency care, medical treatment, and follow-up for disabled personnel 9.\- Manage the medical office, on-site first aid kits and medications, and prepare monthly statistics and reports 10.\- Implement, control, and evaluate prevention programs related to hearing conservation, ergonomics, industrial hygiene, and other aspects impacting employee and worker health 11.\- Participate in coordination, analysis, and medical-labor recommendations regarding Industrial Hygiene Studies according to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Social Prevention 12.\- Health promotion 13.\- Inspect dining areas, restrooms, and changing rooms, implementing sanitation measures 14.\- Preventive health campaigns and specific disease protection initiatives 15.\- Epidemiological surveillance 16.\- Support in forming First Aid response teams 17.\- Coordinate with IMSS to prevent occupational risks (follow-up on temporary, partial or total permanent work disabilities) 18.\- Develop, organize, and deliver general and specific occupational health training for workers and employees during induction and continuous training **Authority:** This position is authorized to investigate and report work-related accidents to their immediate supervisor and Safety Coordinator. **EDUCATION** * Knowledge of occupational health and ISO standards * Experience handling work accident procedures with IMSS * Knowledge of first aid response teams **SKILLS** * Ability to perform clinical analysis when necessary * Capacity for investigating workplace accidents * Background related to occupational medicine **Experience** * 3 to 5 years of experience Employment type: Indefinite term Salary: $25,000.00 \- $30,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite contract Work Location: On-site
