




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with knowledge of tax portals and documentation to draft contracts, collect tax documents, and keep information up to date. Key Highlights: 1. Handling regulatory updates and permits Requirements: · Knowledge of portals · Ability to identify tax documents, payroll records, and IMSS documents · Knowledge of REPSE Responsibilities: · Drafting and reviewing customer contracts · Collecting tax documents · Uploading documentation to portals: taxes, employee database · Tracking Fonacot loans · Keeping client portals updated · Sending IMSS certificates, Infonavit certificates, and tax payment receipts · Renewing supplier registration lists · Quarterly declarations: ICSOE, SISUB · Maintaining client folders: SISUB and ICSOE, manifests, payroll records, portal guide with each client's username and password, list of operators per service and client · Vehicle circulation permits, municipal permits, and vehicle inspections · Updating documents in Drive · Preparing documents for supplier onboarding Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal Contract Duration: 4 months Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
