Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Assistant for a company in the fuel and construction industries, focused on maintenance and technical support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment 2. Technical support for users 3. Inventory management and ERP-related issue resolution IMPORTANT: COMPANY IN THE FUEL AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES IS SEEKING ***IT ASSISTANT *** ***Requirements*** - Age: 23 to 35 years old - Gender: Male or female - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering - Marital status: Any - Valid driver's license required; personal vehicle preferred - Work location: San Pedro Garza; willingness to travel to various work sites ***Knowledge and Skills*** - Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment - Repair and assembly of computer equipment - Technical support for users - Equipment administration (inventory control) - Knowledge of VPN equipment and servers - Understanding of on-premises and cloud-based services, switch services - Preferably experience with GAL Control and Nexus, or other volumetric control systems and ERP - ERP issue handling and follow-up ***Benefits*** - Monthly salary: $17,000 net - Statutory benefits - Weekly payment - Excellent working environment . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Driver's license: Class A Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide
