Objective: Role Purpose: Provide operational support to the Talent Development area to strengthen human development processes (female and male), information generation and analysis, and follow-up on onboarding audits, contributing to internal customer service quality and enabling the team to focus on initiatives with greater strategic impact. Requirements: Active student from the 6th semester of the following majors (or related fields): Communication, Pedagogy, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Administration with a focus on Human Capital, or other majors related to people development and training. Interest in talent development, training, and onboarding. Basic knowledge of material design (Canva, PowerPoint). Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office. Supportive and collaborative attitude. Commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Ability to assist in operational activities with a results-oriented approach.
