Passion for technology * **INTERN** **Technical Support ACTIVITIES:** \- Customer and sales representative support line \- Support for CITYCELL stores \- Assistance in sales processes and sales confirmation \- Sales auditing \- Device unlocking \* Remote work \- Monday to Sunday with one weekday day off Available from 5 PM to 10 PM (half shift) $1550 FULL SHIFT 2 PM TO 10 PM $1800 **Requirements:** \- Age 20 to 25 years (preferred) \- Residence in Nuevo León \- Remote work (one week of in-person training) \- Availability to attend office in Monterrey \- Available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM (half shift) \- No prior experience required \- Passion for technology \- Basic Office software knowledge LIC\- in Administration, Communications, Business Engineering, Engineering, Systems/Computer Science.
