We are seeking talent for a Maintenance Assistant position at our Business Center REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school or related technical degree Minimum 1 year of experience Basic electricity. Plumbing and leak repair. Painting, light masonry, and basic carpentry. Proficiency with basic electric and manual tools. COMPETENCIES: Internal customer service. Organization and follow-up.
