Job Summary: We are seeking a Process Engineer with experience to analyze and improve work methods, develop process sheets, and coordinate validation of new processes. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of improvements for cost reduction **INDUSTRIAS PROACERO MONTERREY SA DE CV (CARMEX TRAILERS).** A leading company in its field is currently seeking: **PROCESS ENGINEER** * Minimum 5 years of experience * Experience in the Metal-Mechanical industry. * Knowledge of welding, CNC cutting, assembly, and painting processes. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Ergonomics, and Line Balancing. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Analyze and improve work methods, times, and movements on the shop floor. 2. Develop and maintain process sheets, flow diagrams, and routing documents. 3. Coordinate with Production and Engineering the validation of new processes or equipment. 4. Implement improvements aimed at reducing costs and increasing productivity. Support staff training on methods, safety, and operational standards Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $22,000.00 \- $27,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
