**Specialized acoustic projects company is seeking:**
Position: Project Coordination
**Location:** On-site at construction sites and manufacturing workshops
**Department:** Coordination
**Position Objective**
Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and controlling one or multiple **acoustic installation projects**, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and specifications. Maintain constant communication with site supervisors and coordinate relevant technical information among involved departments. Optimize delivery timelines through proper preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, as well as implementing **preventive coordination** among the company’s various departments and processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and monitor construction schedules.
* Prepare materials for the manufacturing and installation departments.
* Coordinate personnel access and resource allocation on-site.
* Conduct project-related procurement.
* Prepare progress reports.
* Supervise compliance with safety regulations.
* Maintain communication with clients, management, and suppliers.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
* Minimum of **2 years** of experience in project coordination or construction supervision.
* Proficiency in **MS Project, AutoCAD, and advanced Excel**.
* Knowledge of construction and safety standards.
* Leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Valid driver’s license
**Desirable**
* Familiarity with acoustic materials and installations
* Experience in commercial and office projects.
* Intermediate English proficiency.
Employment Type: Full-time, probationary period
Contract Duration: 3 months
Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $21,000\.00 per month
