**DevOps Engineer (Junior / Mid-Level)** **Location:** Monterrey, Valle Oriente **Availability:** Immediate full-time start **Work Mode:** Hybrid **About the Position** We are seeking a passionate **DevOps Engineer** committed to automation, continuous integration, and agile development best practices. You will play a key role in the **implementation, maintenance, and optimization of CI/CD pipelines**, contributing to the secure and continuous delivery of technological solutions that drive the organization’s digital transformation. If you are motivated by collaborative environments, technical challenges, and growth opportunities, this position is for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Implement, maintain, and optimize **CI/CD pipelines** in **Azure DevOps**, ensuring traceability and reliable execution. * Manage and deploy containers and clusters (**Docker, AKS, Kubernetes**). * Automate infrastructure provisioning using **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** tools such as **Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or PowerShell**. * Monitor environments and pipelines, identifying incidents and proposing improvements. * Integrate security and compliance controls (**DevSecOps**) into the development lifecycle. * Collaborate closely with agile teams to facilitate deployments and adoption of DevOps best practices. **Required Knowledge and Skills** * **Minimum Experience:** * 2 years in **DevOps architecture and implementation**. * 3 years in **software development** (APIs, REST, SOAP, modern frameworks). * 2 years in **CI/CD tool management** (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.). * Intermediate knowledge of: * **Cloud infrastructure and services.** * **Containers, orchestration, and automation.** * **Programming languages** (C\#, .NET, VB.NET, HTML, etc.). * **Databases** (T\-SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). * **Security, governance, and regulatory compliance.** * **Languages:** English reading and conversation (intermediate level). **Personal Competencies** * Effective communication and teamwork. * Task planning and organization. * Proactivity and adaptability. * Customer orientation and problem-solving.
