




Job Summary: We are seeking a support professional experienced in maintenance, system and network configuration, and equipment repair to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective hardware and software maintenance **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, or Technical Diploma in Computer Systems or Informatics **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in Remote and/or On-site Support **Knowledge:** · Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation · Basic structured cabling **(desirable)** · Active Directory account, domain, and VPN connection protocols and configuration **Responsibilities:** · Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices · Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint · Corrective and preventive maintenance · Repair of computing equipment and peripheral devices · Security policy configuration · Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles · Installation and configuration of peripheral devices · Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training for new hires). **We Offer:** · Salary: $12,000 MXN monthly (take-home pay) · Continuous training · Performance bonus of 50% of base salary · Overtime pay (if applicable) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000.00 - $18,000.00 MXN per month Work Location: On-site employment
