**TCM Maintenance and Construction is seeking: Maintenance Technician** **Work area:** Monterrey City and neighboring municipalities **Position type:** Full-time. **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (including 1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Sundays off. * *Flexible schedule availability required.* **Salary:** $4,000 to $4,500 weekly net (salary commensurate with experience). **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits * Opportunity for additional income * Work equipment provided * Standard company vehicle Key responsibilities: * General conservation and maintenance of branches * Handling and closing service tickets * Requesting and collecting materials * Conducting technical site surveys * Direct customer interaction. Required skills and knowledge (intermediate level): * Drywall installation * Painting * Low-voltage electrical systems * Vinyl tile flooring installation * Carpentry and door/window installation * Plumbing * Basic masonry * Basic welding * Strong verbal communication and customer service skills * Basic mobile phone usage for reporting and communication.
