




**Job Objective:** The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for supporting daily tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance of the company’s equipment and facilities. The role involves interventions in electricity, mechanics, plumbing, refrigeration, and masonry, ensuring that systems and equipment operate efficiently while complying with required safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * **Electricity:** Perform electrical connections and diagnostics on 220V three-phase systems; maintain motors and electrical components. * **Mechanics:** Inspect and replace bearings, sprockets, and bushings; align shafts and belts. * **Plumbing:** Install and repair pipes; locate water leaks in plumbing systems. * **Refrigeration:** Diagnose and maintain refrigeration equipment; handle pressure readings and gauges. * **Masonry:** Repair cracks and patch walls; install supports and bases. * **General:** Operate power tools; comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and industrial safety standards. **Requirements:** * Experience in industrial maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, mechanics, plumbing, refrigeration, and masonry. * Commitment to occupational safety and teamwork.
