**Digital Marketing and Commercial Growth Strategist**
**Location:** Monterrey, NL
**Work Mode:** On-site
**Position Objective**
Design, analyze, and lead digital marketing strategies and commercial campaigns focused on **increasing sales**, **enhancing customer engagement**, and **leveraging trends and technology (including AI)**, collaborating closely with external agencies and internal teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze the performance of **social media platforms** (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook) and define: Tone of voice, Communication style, Commercial and sales goals
* Propose strategic ideas to the creative agency (the agency executes the design).
* Develop and analyze **advertising campaigns** based on: Trends, Artists, Key dates (e.g., Buen Fin, Christmas, high-impact campaigns).
* Design strategies to **increase wholesale sales** through digital channels.
* Lead initiatives for: Implementation of **in-store promotional screens**, Installation of **vending machines**, Market research for location selection, Visual strategy, Promotion, and activation.
* Optimize **customer engagement** across social media and digital channels.
* Support and coordinate responses to incoming messages (response hours, general information).
* Identify and implement **technological tools, automation, and artificial intelligence** to accelerate processes and improve outcomes.
* Collaborate with the **print and vinyl agency** for physical and visual activations.
**Required Profile**
* Experience in **digital marketing, campaign analysis, or commercial strategy**.
* Strong focus on **sales and results**, not just branding.
* Solid knowledge of: Social media, Digital trends, Digital advertising
* **Analytical, strategic, and proactive** mindset.
* Interest and aptitude for adopting **emerging technologies and AI**.
* Ability to work with external agencies and vendors.
* Fast-paced, creative, and growth-oriented mindset.
