Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to verify raw materials, processes, and finished products, prepare reports, and manage quality documentation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive quality verification of raw materials and processes. 2. Preparation of reports and improvement proposals. 3. Control of non-conforming products and administration of the quality management system. **Quality Control Inspector** Age: 22–35 years old; Education: Technical degree; Knowledge: Drawing interpretation, geometric tolerances, GD\&T, operation of manual and analog measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, dial indicators, etc.), ISO 9001:2008 standard, metrology. Experience: CNC machining (lathes and machining centers), drawing interpretation, CAT tolerances and specifications, thread inspection (METRIC, UN, ACME, STUB ACME, API petroleum threads). FUNCTIONS: Raw material verification; process development verification per procedures and customer specifications; in-process product verification; report preparation and continuous improvement initiatives; inspection of machined parts; control of non-conforming products; administration of quality system documentation.
