We are currently seeking a **Specialist Trainer**, responsible for **developing and strengthening the technical competencies of installers nationwide**, ensuring **high standards of quality and field execution**. **Job Objective:** To provide **theoretical and practical training** to fiber optic installation technicians across various states, ensuring **comprehensive mastery of processes, standards, and best practices**, thereby guaranteeing correct execution of their field activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Design and deliver theoretical and practical training programs** on fiber optic installation and maintenance. * **Train technicians nationwide**, aligned with operational requirements. * **Evaluate the technical performance** of participants. * **Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and service standards** in the field. * **Identify areas for improvement** and reinforce technical knowledge. * **Develop training materials, manuals, and guides**. * **Provide field mentoring** to validate application of knowledge. * **Standardize installation and maintenance processes** nationwide. * **Monitor training indicators** (pass rates, performance, rework, etc.). * **Coordinate training logistics and travel arrangements**. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Systems, or related field. * Minimum **3 years of experience** as a technical trainer (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of fiber optics (installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting). * Experience in **theoretical and practical field training**. * Willingness to **travel frequently**. * Strong **communication, teaching, and group facilitation skills**. * **Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement**. **We Offer:** * Job stability * Opportunity for professional development * Collaborative work environment **Apply now and join our team** Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: Starting at $18,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
