**Quality Coordinator** **Position Purpose:** Coordinate the quality process in injection molding to support critical decision-making and implementation of process improvements. Participate in new product development through NPI and its associated methodologies. **Responsibilities:** * Problem-solving methodologies (8D, DD&W, Ishikawa, 5W-2H). * Quality standards for critical product specifications – plastic injection. * Development of quality plans, control plans, and FMEAs. * Planned method audits. * Analyze process indicator results to generate action plans and improvement projects. * Coordinate MP and PT product releases. * Develop and validate CPK studies for critical process decision-making. **Requirements:** * Education: Recent graduate in Business Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Administration. * Experience: Minimum 1 year. **Work Environment:** * Use of measuring tools (Vernier calipers). * Exposure to high temperatures. * Use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Exposure to dust. **WE OFFER:** * Gross monthly salary: $17,815.92 * Weekly punctuality and attendance bonus: $210.00 * Weekly food vouchers: $200.00 * Savings fund matched at 100% * Full IMSS registration based on 100% of salary * Vacation premium: 30% * Year-end bonus: 15 days * Statutory holidays – non-working days * Fixed Sunday rest day * Uniform and PPE provided **FIXED DAY SHIFT** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday Half-shift: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM **LOCATION:** Los Lermas, Guadalupe, Nuevo León Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,815.92 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
