**CONSULTE**, a leading company in Geotechnical Studies within the **SACMAG Group**, is seeking a **Field Supervisor** to join its team. **Requirements:** · **Education:** Technical Degree in Construction · 3 years of experience · Experience operating heavy vehicles. (Standard vehicle operation is mandatory) · Valid driver’s license is mandatory **Required basic skills:** Decision-making, interpretation of standards, resource management (human and material), leadership, use of measurement equipment and instruments. **Key responsibilities:** · Coordinate logistics for the movement of field crews under supervision · Report progress of field crews under supervision · Package and ship samples to the laboratory · Organize, safeguard, and deliver records generated during field exploration · Manage resources assigned to field crews · Administer field camps · Verify expenses · Safeguard equipment, tools, and supplies issued by the warehouse · Complete field logs **We offer:** · Base salary and direct employment with the company · Statutory benefits and life insurance · Training and professional development Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term contract Contract duration: 6 months Salary: $14,185.37 – $16,207.37 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Work location: On-site employment
