Work location: EL SALTO Guadalajara, 45690 Las Pintas, Jal **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for machinery, equipment, and facilities used in banknote printing, ensuring operational continuity, compliance with quality standards, industrial safety, and confidentiality protocols inherent to a high-security enterprise. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Coordinate and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plan. * Supervise the proper operation of mechanical, electrical, electronic, and pneumatic equipment. * Manage and prioritize work orders to minimize unplanned downtime. * Coordinate technical staff, assigning tasks and evaluating performance. * Ensure compliance with industrial safety, hygiene, and restricted-access protocols. * Control inventories of spare parts, tools, and critical consumables. * Coordinate with external suppliers for specialized services and maintenance contracts. * Prepare failure reports and maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, etc.). * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization projects. * Guarantee compliance with confidentiality policies and handling procedures for sensitive information.
