




* Develop and establish sales and marketing strategies for the hotel to ensure plans are implemented, results are monitored, and sales goals are achieved. Periodically, must sell rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage services through direct contact with clients. * Achieve personal and team sales targets and maximize profitability. * Achieve budgeted revenues as well as personal and team sales targets and maximize profitability. * Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable, increasing occupancy, raise average rates, increase volume, and boost food and beverage and banquet sales. * Prepare monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyze current and potential market and sales trends, coordinate activities to increase revenue and market share, monitor performance to ensure actual sales meet or exceed the established revenue plan. * MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HOTEL SALES.
