Invoice reconciliation and monitoring of commercial agreements. **Job Description** ------------------------- Ensure and protect CEMEX by complying with commercial and operational agreements on customers’ construction sites/projects, as well as conducting daily follow-up to timely provide necessary adjustments in coordination and agreement with the site supervisor. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Identify commercial opportunity areas, understand customer pain points, and present value propositions that help increase their profitability. * Prepare consumption forecasts for projects with a high degree of accuracy, based on each customer’s and project’s behavior and history. * Periodically present and reconcile invoices and delivery notes with the customer to ensure proper execution of projects. * Monitor compliance with construction contracts and commercial agreements to prevent potential claims (validity, service, volume, price, products). **Job Challenges** -------------------- * Identify customers’ commercial opportunities that allow increasing profitability in their projects. * Understand customer pain points and propose product or service offerings that provide a solution. **Required Skills and Knowledge** ------------------------------------------ Education: * Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field * Knowledge of construction materials * Process management Required Experience: * Experience in concrete pouring and cubic measurement preferred * Experience working on construction sites **Relationships** -------------- Internal: * Service Center * Production/Dispatch * Commercial Advisor * Quality External: * Municipal authorities **Diversity and Inclusion at CEMEX** ----------------------------------- At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and conduct business.
