This position works in coordination with the **Maintenance Supervisor**, sharing some operational tasks without requiring specialized technical knowledge. **Main Responsibilities** * **Surveillance and security of the premises**. * **Access control to the property** (recording entries and exits). * **Opening and closing the property** according to established schedules. * **Monitoring CCTV cameras** and general supervision of the premises. * **Timely reporting of operational, security, or maintenance incidents**. * Maintaining **common areas, offices, and private spaces** in good condition. * **Supporting cleaning and basic maintenance** of the premises. * **Assisting with minor repairs**. * Assistance with **basic plumbing and electricity** (desirable but not mandatory). * Providing **general support to the operations team and users**. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed secondary school**. * Preferred experience as a **general assistant, security guard, concierge, or similar role** (not mandatory). * Basic maintenance knowledge. * **Flexible availability**. * Service-oriented attitude, **responsibility, punctuality, and honesty**. * Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. **We Offer** * **Monthly salary:** $10,000 to $12,000 MXN, depending on experience. * **On-site accommodation** (optional). * **Statutory benefits** (IMSS, vacation, year-end bonus, etc.). * Social security from day one.
