**Import and Export Operations Executive** A company specializing in import services, customs logistics, and international trade solutions is seeking to add an **Import and Export Operations Executive** to its team—a key role for executing international operations with excellence, control, and a preventive focus. This position targets professionals capable of comprehensively coordinating the logistics and customs supply chain, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and a reliable experience for our clients. **Position Objective** End-to-end execution and coordination of import and export operations, managing all logistics providers involved in the supply chain (transportation, customs brokers, shipping lines, operators, domestic freight, and suppliers), minimizing risks and guaranteeing legal, documentary, and operational compliance. **Key Responsibilities Logistics Operation and Coordination** * Manage import and export operations from origin to final delivery. * Coordinate international transportation, domestic freight, and logistics providers. * Track maritime, land, and air shipments precisely. * Monitor critical timelines, arrival, customs clearance, and goods delivery. * Ensure smooth coordination among all parties involved in the operation. **Customs Management and Compliance** * Coordinate with customs brokers for cargo clearance. * Review commercial and logistics documentation: invoice, packing list, bill of lading (BL), air waybill (AWB), certificates, customs entries, etc. * Verify compliance with basic regulatory requirements for import/export. * Identify documentary, operational, or legal risks before they impact operations. * Track processes through Manzanillo, Reynosa, and entry airports. **Supplier Negotiation and Relationship Management** * Negotiate timelines, costs, and terms with customs brokers and suppliers. * Maintain professional communication with account executives and logistics operators. * Seek agile solutions in response to incidents or operational changes. **Customer Service and Internal Control** * Keep customers informed about the status of their operations. * Manage files and document traceability for each shipment. * Report progress, incidents, and operational closures to management. **Academic and Professional Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree in: * **International Trade** * **International Business** * or related field * Experience in import and/or export operations. * Practical knowledge of Mexican customs procedures. * Familiarity with operations through **Manzanillo, Reynosa, and air entry points**. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of the Mexican Customs Law and international trade regulations. * Experience coordinating with customs brokers, carriers, and suppliers. * Negotiation and operational follow-up capabilities. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and basic professional communication). * Proficiency in Excel and administrative tools. * Preferred residence near **San Pedro Garza García / Metropolitan Area**. **Recommended Personal Profile** **We seek a candidate possessing the following qualities:** * Highly responsible and reliable. * Organized and detail-oriented. * Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. * Firm, professional, and executive-level communication skills. * Ability to anticipate risks and resolve problems. * Persistence in following up with third parties. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. * Employment stability and commitment. * Customer-service mindset. * Genuine desire to grow in international logistics and international trade. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and capabilities. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development within a growing company. * Ongoing training on customs, logistics, and operational topics. * Employment stability. * Real opportunity for internal advancement. **Position Conditions** **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time, indefinite-term **If you possess an operational profile, logistical judgment, and passion for international trade, please send your CV via this platform or WhatsApp \+52 1 81 2203 3094** Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Free parking Workplace: On-site employment
