




**Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Proficient in using ERP systems for order entry, document preparation, and independently managing the end\-to\-end order fulfillment process. 2\. Monitor the progress of customer orders and provide timely updates to clients. 3\. Track and manage business\-related receivables and payables. 4\. Conduct contract reviews for new customer products, manage archiving, and handle sales invoicing. 5\. Manage the complete customs declaration, inspection, and clearance process for import/export goods, ensuring compliance and timeliness. 6\. Collaborate with clients to prepare customs declaration documents and material information cards, including HS codes, declaration elements, and tariff rates. 7\. Maintain effective communication with customs authorities and brokerage firms. 8\. Familiar with North American import/export regulations, including policies such as USMCA and IMMEX. 9\. Well\-versed in product classification principles, origin determination methods, and tax calculation rules; knowledgeable about the Import and Export Tariff Schedule and various customs supervision policies. 10\. Strong problem\-solving skills and risk control awareness, capable of proactively addressing customs clearance exceptions. 11\. Proficient in the order delivery process. **Requirements:** 1\. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors in English, International Trade or Logistics. 2\. Proficient written and oral English communication skills. 3\. 1–3 years of work experience in fields related to international freight forwarding and customs declaration projects. 4\. Having received training on the ISO9000 and TS16949 standards series. 5\. Proficient in using office software such as PPT and Excel. 6\.
