Ensure asset inventory is up to date, efficiently managing additions, modifications, and retirements. This includes conducting periodic audits to verify data accuracy. Develop and maintain effective relationships with users. Work closely with the corporate team on projects, initiatives, tool adoption and implementation, and alignment of IT processes between USA and MX. Ensure effective workload balancing across the team to optimize performance and operational efficiency. Ensure the team investigates root-cause solutions to problems, promoting continuous improvement and definitive resolution. Efficiently participate in internal and external audits related to IT processes. Prepare monthly metrics to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making. Coordinate outsourcing teams for printing services, mobile telephony, and radiofrequency services. ### **Requirements** Minimum 5 years of experience Engineering or Bachelor’s degree Advanced English Personnel management
