Optimize production time and ensure quality **Position: CNC Lathe Operator (FANUC Programmer)** **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León **Employment Type:** Full-time **Job Description:** We are seeking a CNC Lathe Operator with proven experience in FANUC programming, responsible for operating, programming, and adjusting CNC lathes to manufacture high-precision mechanical parts. The ideal candidate must ensure part quality, optimize production time, and provide technical support to the manufacturing department. **Responsibilities:** * Programming CNC lathes with FANUC control (G-code) * Setup, adjustment, and operation of CNC lathes * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and tolerances * Manufacturing precision parts from various materials * Selection of cutting tools and machining parameters * Dimensional inspection of finished parts * Correction and optimization of CNC programs * Basic machine maintenance * Compliance with quality and production standards **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Machine Tools, CNC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CNC lathe operator * Demonstrable experience in FANUC programming * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings * Proficiency with measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, etc.) * Knowledge of materials (steels, aluminum, etc.) * Willingness to work on-site at the plant **Competencies:** * High precision and attention to detail * Responsibility * Analytical ability * Ability to work under pressure * Proactivity Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,000.00 – $6,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
