Position Summary: Execute and oversee e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory accuracy, and effective management of shipments and returns. Key Highlights: 1. Manages orders and inventory shipments for e-commerce platforms. 2. Controls and reconciles inventory by auditing products and packaging. 3. Resolves logistics incidents and coordinates internally. Position: E\-Commerce Performance Analyst **Position Mission** Execute and oversee e-commerce logistics operations, ensuring accurate and timely order processing, inventory accuracy, and proper management of shipments and returns, guaranteeing efficient operations with minimal incidents. **Key Objectives** * Ensure accurate and timely order processing on digital platforms. * Guarantee physical inventory accuracy versus system records. * Correctly execute inventory shipments to Fulfillment Centers / FBA or other logistics centers. * Manage returns in a controlled and documented manner. * Reduce operational incidents through controls and continuous monitoring. **Responsibilities** * Management of e-commerce platform orders. * Management of inventory shipments to Fulfillment Centers / FBA. * Management and tracking of returns. * Inventory control and reconciliation. * Product and packaging audits. * Logistics incident management. * Internal logistics coordination. * Compliance with departmental processes and policies. **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. * Immediate availability. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Operational organization and control. * Timely process monitoring. * Incident resolution. * Teamwork. **We Offer** * Weekly payment (no waiting period). * Statutory benefits. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–18:30; Saturday, 08:30–13:00 (every other Saturday). **We are located at Landus Park** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing. * Discounted cafeteria service.
