




Responsible for designing user-centered solutions that enhance the digital experience, maximize user satisfaction, and meet the organization's business objectives. Their work combines research, UX and UI design, and collaboration to achieve optimal results in digital product development. Responsibilities: Design complex interaction flows considering business requirements, user needs, and potential technical constraints of the technology team. Apply and evolve UI libraries. Collaborate with product, development, QA, and other teams. Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data and feedback. Document design decisions clearly and strategically in Confluence or similar platforms. Ensure compliance with accessibility and usability standards. Design functional, usable digital experiences that address user needs and help improve business outcomes. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly and effectively visualize and communicate design solutions. Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and other team members to implement consistent designs and solutions. Participate in usability testing and iterate based on results to improve the user experience. Stay up to date on user experience design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Skills: Proficiency in Figma, design, and prototyping tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions clearly and effectively. Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other designers and professionals across disciplines. Knowledge of web programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and technical constraints to design viable solutions. You are not required to code or develop, but you must understand how these technologies work. Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions based on research and insights. Proactive.
