**Role Description****:** A seasoned and self\-starting User Experience (UX) Researcher. As an individual contributor, but part of a larger LOB research team, this person will work closely with product managers, designers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to conduct moderately complex research initiatives from start to end. Through the guidance of the Senior Lead UX Researcher, they will lead efforts across the product lifecycle, from discovery to post\-launch, ensuring design solutions are intuitive, compliant, and aligned with the needs of our clients.
