You will collaborate directly with UX research leaders and teams to strengthen and mature the research practice within the design organization by establishing best practices, optimizing and scaling research programs and tools, and managing the team's administrative complexities—enabling researchers and designers to focus on solving customer and user problems. You will manage key research team functions, including request prioritization, vendor onboarding and management, creation of internal guides and templates, budget tracking, facilitation of user recruitment, and monitoring of research impact.
