Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specialized in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: UX Research Programs Manager **Conversational English required** **100% on-site work** **Choice of location: Guadalajara or CDMX** We are seeking a **UX Research Programs Manager** to join our UX Research Operations team. You will collaborate directly with UX research leaders and teams to strengthen and mature the research practice within the design organization by establishing best practices, optimizing and scaling research programs and tools, and managing the team's administrative complexities—enabling researchers and designers to focus on solving customer and user problems. You will manage key research team functions, including request prioritization, vendor onboarding and management, creation of internal guides and templates, budget tracking, facilitation of user recruitment, and monitoring of research impact. You will also develop processes and workflows that enable the team to scale effectively as it grows. **Requirements:** * More than **5 years of relevant experience** in UX research operations. * More than **3 years leading end-to-end UX research projects** for large, cross-functional teams. * Experience in research operations such as participant recruitment, scheduling, and vendor management. * Experience promoting research dissemination, best practices, and highlighting research impact. * Attention to detail with a strong focus on process definition. * Proactive attitude, self-initiative, and follow-up skills. * Experience collaborating with UX Research teams across various methods and activities (qualitative and quantitative). * Familiarity with workflows such as user recruitment, panel management, vendor management, regulatory compliance, backlog prioritization, impact tracking, and knowledge management. * Experience developing and maintaining team resources such as templates, handbooks, and training calendars. * Passion for planning, tracking, logistics, processes, documentation, and organization. * Advanced project management and execution skills. * Excellent communication skills, both in receiving requirements and producing deliverables. * Ability to execute within a large, matrixed organization. * Knowledge of user experience measurement and KPI definition. * Experience in conflict resolution, decision-making, and risk communication. * Understanding of UX design and common design processes. * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams alongside designers, PMs, and engineers. * Experience in budget forecasting and financial management. * Experience with research and design in Agile/Scrum environments. * Knowledge of research platforms such as **Qualtrics, UserZoom, EnjoyHQ**, among others. * Proficiency in **Jira** (preferred). **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family private medical insurance, life insurance up to 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30 days of Christmas bonus, profit sharing)
