Java tech lead - AWS * Lead Software Engineer / Technical Lead * 10+ years software development experience * Expert in **Java** and Spring ecosystem (**Spring Boot**, Spring Batch, Spring Integration). * Strong experience building REST APIs and microservices architecture. * Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL, Oracle). * Experience with message brokers and streaming (Kafka). * Proficient with containerization (Docker) and basic **AWS** experience (environment variables, step functions, Terraform modifications). * Experience in unit and integration testing (JUnit, Spock) and test automation practices. * Familiarity with Python for data validation and scripting tasks. * Experience with front-end collaboration and modern web technologies (AngularJS, HTML5, JavaScript) * Familiarity with Groovy/Grails and legacy web frameworks is beneficial. * Strong problem solving, communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills. * English language proficiency for technical communication. * Additional Java EE technologies exposure: EJB, JSF, JPA/Hibernate, Struts REMOTE ADVANCED ENGLISH
