**Job Description** Paquetería de Autotransportes de Carga Tresguerras is seeking a **Warehouse Assistant** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the receipt, dispatch, and coordination of goods, ensuring accurate recordkeeping and supervision of shipments. **Warehouse Assistant – Tresguerras Parcel Service** **Location:** Guadalajara **Position Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** * Night shift, Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise shipment receipt * Supervise and verify the physical condition of cargo stored in the warehouse; ensure cargo dispatch to transport units. **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in a similar or related role. * Professional, friendly attitude with willingness to serve customers. * Mature demeanor, required to courteously and politely assist diverse customers requesting service and/or information. * Experience managing personnel **We Offer** * Starting salary: **$15,704\.00 gross monthly**. * **Monthly bonus** for achieving performance goals. * **Direct employment contract** with the company. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Food vouchers:** 10%. * **Savings fund:** 9%. * **Credit union savings:** 5% to 10%.
