**Job Description Summary** “We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Trainer** to lead the development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in instructional design, a passion for adult learning, and the ability to inspire and mentor a team of trainers. If you are a strategic thinker with a strong ability to adapt training to meet the needs of a diverse workforce, we’d love to hear from you” **Qualifications:** * **Experience:** * At least 6 months in the current role. **(Must have)** * Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering training programs. **(Must have)** * Experience in 2 or more Avantive programs **(Must have)** * **Technical Skills:** * Proficient in *Learning Management Systems (LMS)* and other training software. **(Desired)** * Familiar with training tools like *Wayground, Kahoot!, Second Nature* for Learning development. **(Must have)** * Proficient with **Microsoft Office Suite** and/or other business collaboration tools. **(Must have)** **Attributes:** * **Leadership \& Influence:** * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide Rooky and Junior trainers. **(Must have)** * High level of integrity, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. **(Must have)** * **Adaptability:** * Schedule availability **(Must have)** * Flexibility to work in a fast\-paced, high pressure, ever\-evolving environment and adapt training programs as needed. **(Must have)** * Able to thrive in dynamic settings, embracing change and helping others navigate it. **(Must have)** * **Problem\-Solving \& Critical Thinking:** * Strong analytical skills to assess training needs, gaps, and areas for improvement. **(Must have)** * Ability to troubleshoot challenges and develop innovative training solutions. **(Must have)** * **Empathy \& Emotional Intelligence:** * Ability to understand the needs and challenges of learners and adapt training approaches accordingly. **(Must have)** * A compassionate approach to mentoring and supporting trainees and peers. **(Must have)** * **Great Performance** * No Corrective Actions in the last 3 months **(Must have)** * Great Attendance and Punctuality (98% or above) **(Must have)** * Results above goal on KPs \& Graduation rate **(Desired)** **Skills:** * **Training Design \& Delivery:** * Expertise in *instructional design*, including needs analysis, content creation, and evaluation of training effectiveness. **(Desired)** * Experience delivering dynamic and engaging training sessions. **(Must have)** * Skilled in delivering *interactive, learner\-centric content* and using a variety of delivery methods (videos, exercises, role plays, group activities, etc.). **(Must have)** * **Communication:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills *(C2 English level)*; able to present complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. **(Must have)** * Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both small groups and large audiences. **(Must have)** * Comfortable with delivering feedback constructively and positively. **(Must have)** * **Data Analysis \& Reporting:** * Skilled in tracking and analyzing training outcomes and metrics (e.g., learner engagement, course completion, performance improvements). **(Desired)** * Ability to create reports to evaluate the success of training programs and suggest improvements. **(Desired)** * **Coaching \& Mentorship:** * Experience in coaching and mentoring junior trainers or less experienced team members. **(Desired)** * Ability to foster a positive learning environment and inspire others to grow in their professional capabilities. **(Must have)** Timeframes: * Application dates – Oct 29th \& Oct 30th * Presentations \& Interviews – Oct 31st * Position starts: Monday, Nov 3rd Additional Comments: * Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to contact the training manager, Jesus Bejarano.
