




**Education:** We are looking for a **Programmer and Technical Support** professional with experience in software development and customer service to join our team at a leading solutions company. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical programming skills with the ability to provide effective technical support to our customers and internal teams. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Software Development and Maintenance:** * Program, implement, and maintain custom CRM and telephony solutions integrated with Vicidial. * Develop APIs, scripts, and tools to enhance the functionality of existing systems. * Collaborate in designing and implementing new features and modules. * Perform software testing and debugging to ensure code quality. **Technical Support:** * Provide technical support to customers and internal users in the use of CRM systems. * Resolve incidents related to system configuration, integration, and operation. * Perform diagnostics and solve hardware, software, and network issues related to the platform. * Document support cases and solutions for future reference. **Integration and Customization:** * Configure and customize Vicidial instances according to customer needs. * Integrate CRM systems with other tools and platforms (APIs, databases, etc.). * Ensure compatibility and optimization of systems across different environments. **Training and Documentation:** * Train customers and users on the use of CRM platforms. * Create technical manuals, user guides, and process documentation. **Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:** * Work closely with other departments (sales, marketing, operations) to optimize processes. * Propose improvements in systems and technical processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (desirable). **Experience:** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in programming and technical support. * Experience in using and configuring Vicidial or IP telephony systems. * Knowledge of CRM integration. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or similar. * Knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Experience handling APIs and web services. * Understanding of networks, servers, and telecommunications. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent verbal and written communication. * Ability to efficiently solve problems. * Customer-oriented and team collaboration. * Proactivity and ability to work under pressure. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
