If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. **Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Program Manager** located in **Guadalajara North** Reporting to the **Program Management Manager** the **Program Manager** role involves play a key role in **orchestrating large\-scale programs**, ensuring delivery excellence, and enabling business growth through structured project governance and execution discipline. **What a typical day looks like:** * Lead **end\-to\-end execution of multiple concurrent projects/programs** * Translate strategic business objectives into **actionable project plans** * Drive **program governance, milestones, KPIs, and risk management** * Partner with **Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams** * Ensure alignment across stakeholders and manage competing priorities * Facilitate **executive\-level reporting and decision\-making** * Manage **scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation** * Identify risks early and implement **mitigation strategies** * Lead **project reviews, gate approvals, and launch readiness activities** * Implement **program management best practices and standardization** * Drive process improvements and lessons learned across projects **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience. * Advanced english * Experience in program administration/ management or related area. * Microsoft project * Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people and/or process skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills. * Demonstrates knowledge of multiple functional technologies/ processes, industries or functions and understanding of interdependencies of such processes at the site. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life \& Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
