JOB OBJECTIVE Provide support for activities associated with strategic projects led by the Improvement Projects Directorate, facilitating the achievement of planned scope, schedule, and cost, based on Grupo PiSA’s project management methodology and tools, to optimize productive factors (labor, machinery, materials) and improve work methods related to increased productivity. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Support the execution, monitoring, and control of project planning by work teams to deliver critical path deliverables on time and as scheduled. * Analyze operations and value chain processes, ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Distribution Practices), to identify improvement and automation opportunities. Assist in defining and planning projects by aligning objectives, scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements for projects managed by the Improvement Projects Directorate. * EDUCATION: Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Chemistry, Computer Engineering, Information Technology Engineering. EXPERIENCE: * Problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Fishbone Diagrams, and/or Kepner-Tregoe) * Pharmaceutical processes KNOWLEDGE: * Intermediate to advanced Excel * Microsoft Project * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
