Job Summary: KAVAK is seeking a Document Validator to review, validate, and manage critical documentation, ensuring compliance and proposing improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with different departments to release processes **KAVAK**, Mexico's first digital unicorn platform and the leader in buying and selling pre-owned vehicles in Latin America, is looking to add a **Document Validator** to its team. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper review and management of critical documentation for our internal processes. **Responsibilities** * Review, validate, and digitize physical and electronic documents * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements * Identify documentary inconsistencies and follow up on their correction * Record and maintain updated information in internal systems * Collaborate with different departments to release processes * Propose improvements to document workflows and validation processes **Requirements** * Completed high school diploma (mandatory) * Prior experience in document validation, file control, or administrative processes * Intermediate Excel skills * Experience using document management systems or CRM * Knowledge of legal and/or vehicle-related documentation (preferred) * Attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to processes **Schedule** * Availability to rotate shifts from Monday to Sunday * Shifts: * 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM * 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM Location Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $10,021, paid biweekly * Food vouchers worth $1,056 per month * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Life Insurance * Vacation days exceeding statutory requirements * Discounts on KAVAK products * Growth opportunities starting from the sixth month **Apply through this channel and join an innovative, solid, and continuously growing company.** Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: Starting at $10,021.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Major Medical Expenses Insurance * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have experience in document validation, file control, or administrative processes? * Are you available to rotate shifts from Monday to Sunday? * Have you used document management systems or CRM? * Why do you consider yourself detail-oriented and organized?
