**Main Responsibilities** * Web development and maintenance * Update, maintain, and optimize websites on WordPress (themes, plugins, settings). * Perform visual and structural adjustments to improve user experience. * Optimize images and elements for digital environments. * Creation and management of digital content * Design and produce graphic and audiovisual materials for campaigns and social media. * Create and edit videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc. * Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity. * Digital marketing and automation * Design, execute, and optimize campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing). * Set up and manage chatbots and virtual assistants (WhatsApp Business API, Facebook Messenger, etc.). * Implement automations using Make, Zapier, ClickUp, Pipedream, Latenode, etc. * Create conversation flows using Dialogflow, ManyChat, ChatGPT API, or others. * Analysis and optimization * Monitor performance metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. * Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion and retention. * Identify trends and propose innovative formats. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Web Design, Systems Engineering, Audiovisual Production, or related field. Desirable: certifications in AI applied to digital marketing and web development. Experience and technical skills: Minimum 1 year of experience managing WordPress. Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Use of AI tools for design and editing (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Synthesia, ChatGPT). Setting up digital campaigns and automations. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
