




Are you an organized, creative person with strong management skills and a passion for event production? We are looking for **an Event Production Coordinator** to join our team and lead and execute all stages of high-impact cultural events in various cities across the country. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education level: Bachelor's degree. * Proven experience in cultural event production or similar roles. * Strong organizational skills, task follow-up, and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in real time. * Knowledge of management platforms such as Monday or similar. * Desired: basic budget management, scouting, and travel logistics. * Availability to travel and work some weekends or outside regular hours. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Pre\-production: * Curation of topics, speakers, and venues in collaboration with Management. * Management of strategic partnerships with institutions, brands, sponsors, and calls for participation. * Development of event-specific and annual budgets. * Follow-up and communication with partner brands. * Management of scouting: flights, accommodations, appointments, and site visits. * Coordination with Creative Direction for event design. * Direct liaison with speakers: interviews, material requests, logistics, and follow-up. * Hiring and management of vendors (technical, furniture, catering, photo/video). * Coordination of communication with brands: materials, logos, guest lists, and brand presence. * Creation of schedules, lists, minutes, checklists, and tasks on platforms such as Monday. * Requesting special permits, invitation letters, and sponsorship documents. Production (on-site): * Overall coordination of the event on the day of execution. * Supervision of setup, technical rehearsals, and teardown. * Attend to speakers, partners, and vendors. * Inspection of restrooms, dressing rooms, catering, and brand visibility. * Close minute-by-minute monitoring and resolution of unexpected issues. Post\-production: * Management of photographic and audiovisual materials. * Delivery of materials and databases to speakers and brands. * Preparation of evaluation reports, lessons learned, and performance metrics. * Invoicing, submission of final budget, and documentation archiving. * Updating directories and inventories. * Coordination of evaluation meetings with partners. Work schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 2pm Work location: Colonia Americana
