We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** capable of comprehensively managing projects within a dynamic, technical, and highly demanding environment. **Position Objective** End-to-end project administration, ensuring adherence to timelines, technical requirements, costs, and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage projects from initial request through post-delivery follow-up. * Translate customer needs into technical and operational requirements. * Monitor project timelines, costs, priorities, and progress. * Maintain effective communication among clients, suppliers, and internal departments. * Prepare quotations and cost calculations. * Promptly resolve risks, deviations, or issues arising during execution. * Participate in validation, quality assurance, and after-sales support processes. **Required Profile** * Completed bachelor’s degree (mandatory). * Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field. * ***Advanced English proficiency mandatory.*** * Experience in project management and monitoring. * Desired experience in manufacturing and/or prototyping. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel); design software is a plus. **Key Competencies** * Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to assigned projects. * Analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Effective communication, proactivity, and results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability and responsiveness in dynamic environments. **Professional Development** * Participation in innovative projects for global industries. * Accelerated learning and continuous training. * Exposure to national and international projects. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Major medical expense insurance. * Flexible working hours. * Performance-based bonuses or incentives.
