The Product Development Manager for Power Electronics Development leads the full lifecycle of power electronic product development, driving innovation from concept to mass production. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of product development, with a strong focus on design, engineering, process optimization, technology integration, and team leadership. **YOUR TASKS** * Leading and developing a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on the design and development of power electronics (such as inverters, converters, and motor drives). * Planning and allocating technical and personnel resources for development projects, ensuring optimal use of capacity and expertise * Managing the team’s budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial planning for development activities. * Driving the transfer of technical know\-how and best practices in power electronics across projects and teams to foster continuous improvement. * Optimizing development processes and implementing new engineering methods and standards specific to power electronics for efficient and reliable product delivery. * Integrating new power electronics technologies and innovations into product designs and ensuring their successful industrialization. * Managing projects to ensure quality, cost, and timeline targets are met for power electronics products. * Supporting customer acquisition and product presentations, analyzing customer requirements for power electronics solutions, and strengthening customer relationships. * Overseeing career path planning and training management for team members, including identifying development needs, organizing training programs, and supporting professional growth. * Carrying out additional tasks related to power electronics development, including evaluating improvement suggestions and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. **YOUR QUALIFICATIONS** * Good proficiency in English. * Strong leadership and team management abilities. * Expertise in power electronics design, simulation, and engineering. * Resource planning and project management skills. * Ability to optimize development processes and integrate new power electronics technologies. * Customer\-oriented mindset with experience in customer relationship management for technical products. * Knowledge of business management and product engineering processes. * Experience in career path planning and training management for engineering teams. **Additional Knowledge:** * Familiarity with moderation, communication, and presentation techniques. * Understanding of business management principles. * Experience with design systems and development processes specific to power electronics. * Awareness of industry trends in automotive or industrial power electronics, including time\-to\-market strategies.
