**About the Role** SprintRay is seeking a detail\-oriented and analytical Cost Analyst to support the financial operations of our Mexico facility. This role will focus on cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory control, ensuring accurate financial data to support decision\-making and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has hands\-on experience in a maquiladora or export manufacturing environment, with knowledge of IMMEX compliance, cost structures, and Mexican accounting regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing global company and contribute to building strong financial discipline at our Mexico site. **Key Responsibilities** ● Support accurate and timely cost accounting processes, including standard cost updates, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliations. ● Assist with cost of goods sold (COGS) tracking and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment with production results. ● Analyze manufacturing variances, material usage, labor costs, and overhead allocations to identify improvement opportunities. ● Work closely with the operations, production, and supply chain teams to monitor costs and ensure accurate financial reporting. ● Support monthly and quarterly financial close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations related to cost and inventory. ● Prepare reports and analyses to support budgeting, forecasting, and management decisions. ● Ensure compliance with IMMEX requirements, including inventory control under Annex 24/31, in coordination with customs and logistics. ● Maintain accurate cost data within the ERP system (SAP/Oracle or similar) and assist in implementing process improvements. ● Collaborate with auditors and finance teams during audits or internal reviews. ● Contribute to continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives within the facility. **Qualifications** ● Bachelor’s Degree in Public Accounting (Licenciatura en Contaduría Pública) strongly preferred, with Título and Cédula Profesional. ● 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or manufacturing accounting in a maquiladora or industrial environment. ● Knowledge of IMMEX Program compliance and Annex 24/31 preferred. ● Strong understanding of Mexican accounting and tax principles, including familiarity with SAT and IVA processes. ● Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel. ● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. ● Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal). ● Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments. ● High integrity, reliability, and commitment to deadlines. **Reporting To:** Mexico General Manager and U.S. Finance Leadership. **About SprintRay** **SprintRay is rewriting the rules of dentistry with technology that’s smart, fast, and** designed to make life easier for dental professionals.
