R E Q U I R E M E N T S: * **Education:** Bachelor's degree, Engineering, Technical degree, or Incomplete degree (preferably with experience in Technical Support) * **Age:** 25 to 45 years old * Availability to travel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office **W O R K S C H E D U L E:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00\- 6:30 PM * Saturday, 9:00 \- 1:00 PM **R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S:** * Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of computer equipment and network cabling installations. * Technical support to users—on-site and remote. * On-site support to branches or agencies. * Data backups. * Formatting and configuration of new and operational equipment. * Software installation (commercial and institutional software packages). * Physical and digital inventory management. * Warehouse activities for computer equipment (receiving and shipping new and repaired equipment). * Printer configuration (laser and thermal ticket printers). * Network equipment configuration (switches, Infinitum, access points, etc.). * Installation of equipment, displays, and structured cabling at local and remote sites. * Administrative tasks specific to the department. * Occasional night shifts. **B E N E F I T S:** * Gross monthly salary: $13\.483\.31 * Punctuality bonus * Grocery vouchers * Preferential discounts Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,483\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
