A major auto parts store is seeking a sales supervisor Requirements: Availability for travel **Objective:** **Coordinate all activities, supervise the performance of branch staff and area manager, jointly establish overall objectives with the sales manager, and ensure that all these activities and area results are achieved.** **Key responsibilities:** **Develop and implement business strategies to achieve medium- and long-term objectives.** **Manage organizational activities by assigning tasks, setting objectives and priorities.** **Supervise company procedures and policies, as well as activities and initiatives.** **Customer prospecting** **Monitor and supervise personnel and objectives** **Resolve conflicts to ensure smooth organizational operations. Focus on increasing branch sales; also accompany the sales promoter in the field for new prospecting.
