Ability to manage root cause analysis and track improvements. #### **About this Position** Optimize the profitability and efficiency of production lines by monitoring the implementation of improvement methodologies, while simultaneously ensuring stability, repeatability, and compliance with quality standards in manufacturing processes. #### **What you'll do** * Lead events to reduce waste (Muda) and variability. * Implement and maintain Lean tools (5S, SMED, Poka\-Yokes). * Analyze value streams to identify bottlenecks and optimize Takt Time. * Manage root cause analysis and track improvements documented in OPLs. * Establish and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) to ensure products meet specifications. * Define and update critical process parameters (Critical Process Variables) and standardization sheets. * Conduct root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa) for quality deviations or unplanned stoppages. * Participate in developing and updating FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Control Plans. * Validate process changes or new tooling to ensure operational stability. * OEE Improvement: Enhancement of overall equipment effectiveness. * Cp / Cpk Improvement: Enhancement of capability indices for controlled processes. * Scrap Reduction (%): Decrease in process-related scrap. #### **What makes you a good fit** * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Certifications: Minimum: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (valid). * Proven experience managing the use and application of process improvement and control tools. * Analytical Thinking: Ability to convert data into strategic decisions. * Influential Leadership: Ability to guide cross-functional teams without direct hierarchical authority. * Resilience: Ability to manage change and resistance on the production floor. * Results Orientation: Consistent focus on achieving financial and operational goals. #### **Some perks of joining Henkel** * Global wellbeing standards with health and preventive care programs * Gender\-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks * Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares * Flexible Benefits * Canteen * Savings Fund At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
