Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Auditor for Vertical Construction to ensure the progress and quality of construction processes, evaluating site supervisors and collaborating on projects. IMPORTANT: **Only candidates whose CVs demonstrate experience in vertical construction quality will be considered.** What are we looking for? * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture or Civil Engineering**. * Minimum 2 years of experience in vertical construction quality. Location: **SOUTH LOCATION** Main Responsibilities: * Ensure proper progress of the assigned construction process according to the established critical path. * Release construction stations in accordance with established evaluation parameters and criteria. * Assign a rating to the evaluated site supervisor, generating the business’s operational efficiency indicator. * Report all serious violations that jeopardize construction process quality to your coordinator. * Document all violations occurring during the construction process, specifying the involved site supervisor, lot, and station. * Collaborate with the Quality Staff department on project reviews, material implementation, and other related tasks. * Support technical training and advisory services for departments requiring them (Customer Service, Sales, etc.).
