At **ADS**, a leading company providing Information Technology services, you are invited to join our team! **Job Description:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM\- 6:00 PM Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM * Verify pre\-requisites for executing technology renewal projects (equipment owned by the client). * Validate completed work in executed projects, as well as verify compliance with expected standards for installation of technological equipment. * Coordinate the execution sequence of technology renewal and replacement projects, testing, and pilot deployments between end users and the executing vendor. * Track third parties and involved departments regarding technical tasks associated with a work plan derived from an end-user technology infrastructure project. * Bulk onboarding and offboarding of branches that, due to volume and time constraints, cannot be handled individually. * Track resolution of warranties for equipment purchased by the client. **Skills:** * Proficiency in IT tools * Tracking of customer requests * Proficiency in tools for cloning and image deployment * Proficiency in Windows 7, 8, and 10 operating systems Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: Starting at $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On\-site employment
