Professional Development and Stability .\#\# OPEN POSITION: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Are you an expert at transforming data into logistics strategies? \#\#\# \*\*JOB OBJECTIVE\*\* Optimize the supply chain through logistics data analysis and efficient database management to reduce operational costs. \#\#\# \*\*KEY REQUIREMENTS\*\* \* \*\*Experience:\*\* Minimum 1 year in logistics analysis, transportation planning, or inventory control roles. \* \*\*Advanced Excel (Mandatory):\*\* Proficiency in pivot tables, dashboards, Power Query, and conditional formulas. \* \*\*Data Analysis:\*\* Ability to identify demand patterns, seasonality, and inefficiencies. \* \*\*Optimization:\*\* Demonstrated experience applying decision-making to cargo cubication, route planning, and load consolidation. \#\#\# \*\*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES\*\* \* Extract, clean, and consolidate databases related to routes, volumes, and costs. \* Analyze vehicle occupancy and propose improvements in cubication. \* Monitor critical KPIs: cost per kilometer, fleet utilization, and waiting times. \* Present actionable recommendations using analytical thinking and results-oriented approach. SHIFT SCHEDULE Availability for any of the following options is required: Shifts: 06:00 \- 15:30 / 12:30 \- 21:30 / 21:30 \- 05:00 Days off: Friday and Saturday Shifts: 06:00 \- 15:30 / 12:30 \- 21:30 / 21:30 \- 05:00 Days off: Sunday and Monday Shifts: 06:00 \- 15:30 / 12:30 \- 21:30 / 21:30 \- 05:00 Days off: Sunday and Monday WE OFFER: Monthly salary: $19,670\.00 Timely weekly payments.
