If you have experience in customer service, strong communication skills, and enjoy working with reports and data interpretation, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: * Create formal reports and correspondence based on field data and quality control test results. * Interpret and communicate test results according to client specifications and standards. * Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in\-person interactions. * Maintain client documentation following company filing practices. * Review data for completeness before formal reporting. * Support internal discussions and reporting generation processes. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * 2\-year or 4\-year degree preferred. * Minimum 1 year of relevant customer service experience. * Combination of education, training, and related experience may be considered. * Excellent customer service and relationship\-building skills. * Strong troubleshooting and problem\-solving abilities. * Ability to work independently with effective time management and prioritization. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong computer skills. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Adobe Acrobat, and/or Photoshop.
