Objective:
Support the holistic development of the student community through programs that foster the acquisition of knowledge, skills, attitudes, and values within high school programs, while also addressing academic, vocational, and psychosocial areas affecting the learning process.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Develop strategies aligned with the identified axes of psychopedagogical intervention and scope: integration, prevention, and training—based on risk identification.
Develop risk-behavior prevention strategies for students.
Design activities focused on vocational guidance—including area selection and life project planning—as well as application and interpretation of vocational guidance instruments and interest scales; additionally, organize workshops, professional career fairs, and orientation sessions.
Provide emotional support to students.
Counseling and support for parents/guardians.
Referral of students with recommendations for professional emotional health support.
To succeed in this role, you need:
Education: Bachelor’s degree and professional license in Humanities fields such as Psychology, Education, Pedagogy, or related disciplines.
